LLE - 5th and 6th Grade Track and Field Day

Things needed before April 21:

SPRINKLERS turned off an appropriate amount of time BEFORE April 21 so that there are no marshes!

Additional bleachers moved to the East Side of the track (alongside the existing bleachers) – the caveat on this one is that there is a softball game Thursday, April 14 at 6pm so those bleachers would have to wait until the morning

3 Double EZ Ups loaded on a cart

12 Regular EZ Ups loaded on a cart

10 Tables loaded on a cart

26 Chairs loaded on a cart

8 Large Water Jugs loaded on a cart

4 Large Ice Chests loaded on a cart

6 Trash cans placed near the track bleachers

3 Recycle bins for bottles/cans placed near the track bleachers

As many as possible Tall Cones (type with "handle/hand grip" on top) placed near the track bleachers

Things needed on the morning of April 21 BEFORE 8am:

Power run to the middle of the track

Remaining bleachers (from the softball field) moved to the East Side of the track
